Welcome to our web site for the Cash Accounting System. This is a comprehensive system that requires little input, but provides a tremendous results for capturing, control and analysis of sales and costs. Our goal is to save time and energy in the mundane chores of balancing and accounting for cash in retail grocery stores. This web site hopefully will start the creative juices flowing whereby we can help you attain the same advantages that large chains have in reacting to customer changes.

Company Profile
Curtis Computer Services came to life in November 1988. After spending over 20 years of my adult life working for large corporations, I decided to strike out on his own and help people use the new personal computers which were just starting to make an affordable impact on small businesses. I have written a number of specialized systems from keeping track of eggs to tracking and costing truck movements. I also offer an award winning accounting package "AccountMate" and have interfaced many of the custom written programs into it. AccountMate offers a comprehensive system for controlling costs and accounting as well as many management tools.
I have been blessed. I have had the opportunity to work for a number of top companies and has gained priceless experience. Some of the companies I have worked for are Teledyne Allvac, Vepco, Newport News Shipbuilding and M. Lowenstein and Sons. These companies have provided a broad and varied exposure allowing me to amass organization skills as well as the ability to think out of the box for solutions to varied situations. When coupled with my education (BS in Management from Virginia Tech and an MBA from The College of William and Mary) you can appreciate his attitude "of finding a way to accomplish tasks rather than finding ways why you can’t do things." I have been working for the last 15 years helping small and large businesses computerize. This has allowed me to gain many different perspectives on financial systems as well as production capabilities. I have developed specialized systems for Egg Production and Billing to Trucking systems that cover many states. I have spent a number of years perfecting the Cash Accounting System for retail grocery stores. The CAS system gives you real results faster than any other system available. I have been a Business Partner with AccountMate since 1988.
